2010, 2011 Ashe County Park Hole Sponsorships NOW AVAILABLE!

Our old Ashe Co. Park Hole Sponsorships have expired, and we need to get new ones because it's a great way to raise money to help benefit the Ashe Park DGC and the High Country Disc Golf Club.

So, here's the deal........

For a contribution of $250 (not tax deductable), our new Ashe Co. Park Hole Sponsors will be granted 2 yrs. Doing this bi-annually saves us from having to do this every year, and it accomplishes are immediate needs both on and off the course.

Hole Sponsors will recieve........
1. their name or business on a designated holes tee signs (both Pro and Am tee's)
2. " " in the course kiosk
3. " " on the website
4. " " on the scorecards
5. " " will be recognized by our local news media whenever possible.
6. " " will automatically include them as a Tournament Sponsor (which put's them the back of our Tourney Shirts and banners)
7. " " will be considered an honorary member of the club.
8. " " will be seen by thousands of disc golfers annually!
Hole sponsors are not required to do anything else.

So, what are we going to do with all that money raised? $200 of each sponsorship will go towards new tee signs at Ashe Park (Pros and Ams), with the remaining $50 ($25 each yr.) going towards the 2010, 2011 HCDGC/INNOVA Throwdown Tournament ($500 added cash each yr.)!

We need 20 sponsors total (includes Alt. 8 and 9), and they will be randomly drawn for their designated hole on a first come first serve basis. Once three and 18 are gone, there gone. So, if you want a good hole, you better take your chances early, or before it's too late.

Our goal is to have all the holes represented/sponsored by Nov. 15th., 2009!

Unfortuanately, since the club is not a 501c3 non-profit organization, nor do we even have a bank account, new hole sponsor donations WILL NOT BE TAX DEDUCTABLE!! This is very important information and their contribution should be looked at as a gift to the course, club, and community. If they have any questions or issues of trust, please feel free to have them contact me and I will gladly talk/explain to them why we don't have a bank account yet.

Thus far, I haven't heard from too many of you regarding NEW hole sponsorships for Ashe Park.
I don't think we're asking to much, it's just a matter a asking. We need to work together on this as a club.
